Best Cinematography Award & Winner of the Bingham Ray New Talent Award
Seamus Deasy has been awarded the Best Cinematography in an Irish Feature award at the Galway Film Fleadh this evening for My Name is Emily. While Producer Kathryn Kennedy was very honoured to receive the Bingham Ray New Talent award. My Name is Emily was runner up in the Best Irish First Feature award, which went to the brilliant new Irish film You're Ugly Too, director Mark Noonan. It's been a fantastic week for My Name is Emily at the Galway Film Fleadh! From our opening night premiere right through to this closing night. A huge thank you to Miriam, Gar, Kate and all at the Fleadh! Congratulations also to all the other filmmaking teams.
